Do you require a minimum purchase?

No, we do not have minimum purchase requirements.  There is no minimum purchase amount on all orders. You will not be charged extra if you buy one item vs. many items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Do you accept Pay Pal?

Yes, for security reasons we ship to only Verified PayPal shipping address that matches your billing address.

What is your return policy?

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  All products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging material including the reason for return. There are no returns accepted on Undergarments or lingerie! Have questions concerning returns please contact us at returns@wholesalehomegarden.ccom

Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Wholesale Home Garden has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, Member must contact Wholesale Home Garden to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up.  Once the item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable.  Wholesale Home Garden must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, not including weekends and holidays!

Will you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, if you need a product shipped to a different address besides your billing address please place each order separately through our secure checkout. If an order is placed through PayPal with an unconfirmed shipping address your order will be refunded and canceled! Please place this type of order through a secure server with our credit card processor.

Where do you ship from?

Most items are shipped from two warehouse locations in California and One warehouse location in Dallas, Texas!

Is Tracking Provided?

Yes, each order will be assigned a UPS or FedEx tracking depending on the item, smaller items occasionally ship my USPS. You will be able to keep tracking of order processing and carrier transit directly from our website!
