The difference is that you can control it with an app that you can connect to your phone or tablet with the use of Bluetooth. This model comes with fourteen built-in programs and with the app can download and use even more programs. With the app, you can control the cooking temperature and allow you to create your own programs to get the results you need and want.
This Ultra-Instant Pot is for anyone who likes to customize each program and create their own detailed programs without the use of the app. The twist dial lets you set the cooking at one-degree increments than selecting from preset temperatures. It will allow you to make detailed custom programs, select the cooking time, pressure level, temperature, length of delay timer, and switch keep warm at the end of each cooking cycle.
